Your blanket is printed to order. We email tracking when it ships. If your order includes items from another location, they may arrive separately. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take a few extra days.

Personalized blankets cannot be returned for a change of mind. If yours arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or refund.

280 gsm polyester flannel, printed on one side with a white reverse. Hand wash or machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach or dry clean. Check the size guide for approximate finished measurements.

How your proof works

Within 1 business day of your order, we’ll email you a proof of your artwork. Follow the link to approve it or ask for changes. Two rounds of changes are included using your original photos and design, with the layout kept as ordered. We print your personalized blanket only after you approve.

If we can’t create a likeness you’re happy with, we’ll refund you in full.

Shipping

Your blanket is printed in California after you order. We ship only within the United States, with no shipping charge on any order. We’ll email tracking information when your order ships.

Returns on custom items
  • You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, provided production hasn’t started and you haven’t approved your proof.
  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or variant ordered by mistake.
  • If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, or we send the wrong product, size, or variant, email info@personalizedcat.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem (and packaging if damaged). We’ll replace it at no cost or give you a full refund, as you prefer.
  • If your package hasn’t arrived, follow the Shipping Policy to report it; lost items qualify for a free replacement or full refund under our Refund & Return Policy.
